About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity has become available in the Office Leasing team for Graduate or property professional with ideally 1-2 years' experience to take their career to the next level. Based at Savills Sydney office, you will join the business as an Analyst, providing support to the Sydney CBD Leasing team while also offering assistance across the national Office Leasing division. This is a fantastic role for a motivated individual looking to create a pathway to becoming a Leasing Executive, under the mentorship and guidance of industry experts.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Maintaining the team's national data base
• Working and collaborating with other divisions within the company to disseminate timely, accurate, and useful information to the team.
• Attend inspections and meetings with the team
• Learn the fundamentals of Office Leasing
• Maintaining up-to-date economic knowledge and apply an understanding of the influences these have on the property market

What Sets You Apart

• Previous experience in a similar role within the property industry
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Lateral thinking and problem-solving ability
• Relevant tertiary qualifications ideal but not essential
• A preference to work within a fast-paced team environment
