Job Title: National Analyst

This role is a key opportunity for an ambitious and analytical professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our industrial occupier services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of submission documentation, managing client portfolios, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic recommendations.

As a National Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the team, develop your skills and expertise, and gain valuable experience in the real estate sector.

You will also be expected to maintain knowledge of all industrial listings and transactions, and provide regular reporting and financial modeling support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a real estate environment

  • Experience with information memorandums and submissions
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
