Service Advisor Role

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to perform accurate cost estimations for rebuild jobs. The role is full-time and based in Bathurst, requiring collaboration with team members to ensure quotations meet industry standards.

The Service Advisor will contribute to the development and maintenance of forecast planning for the workshop, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse rebuild jobs and projects to assess their feasibility
  • Develop scopes of work, estimates, and quotes that meet industry requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Maintain a library of standard pricing, regular jobs, and quotation data
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement

Skills & Experience Required

  • Demonstrated experience within a project management or estimating role
  • Experience with pricing and planning systems and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel)
  • Familiarity with industry products and systems
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage fluctuating workloads
  • Ability to problem solve and have well-developed analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
  • Communication skills with well-developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Computer literacy skills - MS Office
