In This Role, You Will
  • assist with a range of compliance activities and enforcement investigations across the Division
  • undertake document review and analysis in Nuix Discover
  • identify vital information relevant to the investigation, as outlined by the investigation team
  • assist in the planning and delivery of compliance activities and projects
  • undertake research, including both industry and legal research, and present it in a clear, concise and articulate manner
  • provide administrative support and assist with the coordination of more complex matters and projects
  • prepare draft correspondence and reports.

About You

In order to succeed in the role, you will have:
  • familiarity with assisting in technology assisted document review processes, or ability to quickly pick up and understand technology assisted review
  • exposure to, or ability to quickly obtain working knowledge of, legal technology or litigation review platforms such as Nuix (Ringtail) or Relativity (or similar) is strongly preferred
  • competence in the use of technology, databases and Microsoft Office software
  • strong critical thinking skills and high attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams.

Salary: APS3 $72,348 - $78,092 (plus 15.4% superannuation)
