Position Overview

Sync Lift Engineering are expanding, and we are growing our team in the Gladstone head office. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team to help oversee contracts administration, procurement and tender management.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and reviewing contracts to align with business needs and legal requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance is met with relevant industry regulations, safety standards and legislative requirements.
  • Developing and managing procurement strategies.
  • Preparing, submitting and managing tenders.
  • Maintaining accurate records of contracts and procurement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in contracts administration, procurement and commercial management.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations, contractual law & compliance.
  • Experience in tendering, supplier negotiations and risk management.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and procurement activities efficiently.
