  • Participate in workforce planning, conduct recruitment, manage onboarding, interact with leaders at all levels and report to operational meetings.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements and National Employment Standards.
  • Involvement in other HR/IR initiatives and programs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will require:

  • Previous administration experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
  • Able to follow instructions, ask questions and use initiative to escalate issues.
  • Good organisational skills, self-motivated and high accuracy.
  • Confidentially handle sensitive information and treat people fairly and with respect.
