About the Role:IRT is investing in our leadership capability, creating an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Team Leader (Aged Care Employee- level 5) to lead the planning, ordering, preparation and compliance of our site-based food service, laundry and cleaning operations. We are looking to appoint interested and enthusiastic individuals to work in in our Aged Care Centers at IRT Dalmeny: Permanent Part time role with minimum 32 hours per week. Your work will include:Leading, mentoring and supervising hospitality employees, including reviewing performanceResponsibility for the planning, ordering and overseeing the preparation of all meals (complying with resident dietary requirements) and light refreshments to ensure residents enjoy a quality food experienceEnsuring food safety documentation is complete and that all work practices meet HACCP requirements.
