Role Details- Location: Smithfield Surrounds
- Salary: $60K - $70K + Super + Onsite Parking
- Employment Type: Full-time, Entry level

- Provide exceptional customer assistance via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and emails.
- Manage customer orders, including acceptance and amendments.
- Engage with marketing to address customer queries and complaints on social media and online review platforms.
- Coordinate with logistics teams regarding order tracking and delivery issues.
- Upsell products where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively to meet business objectives and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and initiative. A background in FMCG or Fitness industries is preferred, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
