About The Role

Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial, and mining customers, using their automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist with product information, problem-solving, and sales techniques, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

  • Interpret parts
  • Process customer orders
  • Dispatch products and parts efficiently
  • Promote specials
  • Arrange buy-ins
  • Process customer credits
  • Be the first point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
  • Contribute to a safety-first culture, ensuring safety at all times

This role involves lifting, bending, and climbing.
