Wollongong Auto Supplies is seeking an experienced spare parts interpreter to join our dynamic team located in Oak Flats, NSW.

As an Automotive Parts Interpreter you are the first point of contact with our customers in person and over the phone consulting and assisting them with product information and queries.

**Job Type**: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving and Processing customer orders
- Stock management
- Maintain a safe, clean and practicable work environment, adhering to OH&S requirements
- Basic maintenance and general housekeeping
- Other tasks as directed from time to time

Desired skills
- Strong automotive general knowledge
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be a motivated individual with the ability to learn new tasks efficiently
- Positive verbal communication skills
- Can prioritize any given workload
- Manual driver's license an advantage

Systems training will be provided.

The applicant will come with a strong automotive parts knowledge base, ideally with previous interpreting experience in the automotive or equivalent industry.

Physical Demands:
The nature of Automotive warehousing means extended periods on your feet with some heavy lifting involved.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
