We're seeking an experienced HR Manager / Talent Development Manager to join our dynamic and close-knit team on a project basis. This role is ideal for someone who loves building capability, shaping culture, and empowering leaders to grow strong, autonomous teams.

About the role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in:
Ensuring compliance with all employment laws, workplace regulations, and HR best practice.
Partnering with team leaders to help structure their teams for success.
Guiding leaders to build self-sufficient, high-performing, and engaged teams.
Designing and delivering a skills matrix to identify capability gaps and upskilling opportunities.
Supporting professional development initiatives to strengthen our existing team's capabilities.
About you
Proven HR management or talent development experience, ideally in a similar environment.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and compliance.
Ability to coach, influence, and develop leaders at all levels.
A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
