The role of Paid Media Specialist will work closely under the Head of Paid Media, and alongside the broader digital marketing team to contribute to helping our clients achieve amazing results.

About the Role:

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

Develop, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for multiple industries, including a mix of B2B and B2C businesses
Proactively manage client relationships with regular meetings, reporting, and insights, helping them to achieve their business goals
Deliver high-level strategic advice to establish and maintain trusted partnerships with clients
Conduct website and landing page audits to recommend and implement CRO improvements
Stay up to date with Paid Media trends, tools, and best practices to remain at the forefront of the industry
Troubleshoot and resolve campaign performance issues proactively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of paid media strategies

About You:

You've driven results across B2B and B2C, with hands-on experience managing high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more.
You take full ownership of campaign performance — constantly refining and optimising to hit ROAS, CPL, and lead targets.
You're organised, proactive, and dependable — quick to spot issues and focused on finding smart, practical solutions.
You're confident working with data, turning insights into meaningful strategy improvements that move the needle.
You're a strong communicator who builds trust with clients and collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
You keep pace with the latest platform updates, tools, and trends — always looking for ways to level up.
You thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where everyone is focused on delivering great work and getting results.
