Your new opportunity :

Located in Mackay QLD, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the commercial space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

The key responsibility areas include operational focus and maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What sets you apart :

We seek a driven professional with highly developed commercial valuation skills, exceptional communication, and business development skills.

You will have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, with significant experience in the commercial valuation space, and should meet the following criteria:

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status & membership with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills
