Due to ongoing growth, Grove Juice are looking to establish a night shift on their bottling line. We are seeking a skilled Batching/Mixing Operators with experience to produce high quality products by mixing a variety of raw ingredients in accordance with corresponding recipe. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix raw ingredients according to recipes to produce high-quality products.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of plant and equipment.
  • Handle and transport ingredients throughout the production process.
  • Perform various production tasks, including high-quality packaging.
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall production efficiency.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
  • Forklift Operations.
Requirements:
  • Prior batching/mixing experience in food manufacturing environments is essential.
  • A good understanding of food safety
  • Great mathematic, written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to complete forms and add data into the system.
  • Ability to lift up-to 25kg
  • Current forklift ticket
