Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the concrete industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Batch Plant Operator to play a vital role in meeting customer expectations throughout the ordering and delivery process.

This dynamic and varied role involves processing orders, batching concrete to precise customer specifications, and efficiently scheduling and dispatching deliveries to optimise the use of our concrete agitator trucks.

You will also operate both mobile and fixed plant equipment, such as front-end loaders and forklifts. If you are reliable, hardworking, and prioritise safety, we'd love to have you on board.

  • Process orders and finalise sales of pre-mixed concrete for delivery
  • Batch concrete to specific mix designs via a computerized system
  • Use software packages to schedule rostering and truck movements for the region
  • Ensure Chain of Responsibility requirements are adhered to at all times
  • Order raw materials

What You Will Need To Succeed:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (highly regarded)
  • Previous experience in Command/Jonel batching systems (desired but not essential)
  • Experienced Plant Operator (FEL preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of constant change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse customers
