- Assessing a clients support needs and assisting them with transitioning to supported independent living.
- Accessing and prescribing standard and complex equipment.
- Conducting home environment assessments and assisting with major and minor home modifications.
- Providing therapy services to participants whilst building on their strengths and developing sustainable long-term solutions to complex needs.
- Timely documentation & report writing

**Essential Requirements**
- A degree in Occupational Therapy (or eligible to graduate soon - 4th year student)
- Eligible for AHPRA registration upon completion of relevant degree.
- Demonstrates efficiency and competence with OT processes and frameworks.
- Proficient communication and organisational skills
- A passion for helping people.
- Current Australian driver's licence

**Work Location**: Fairfield

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $31.46 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
