Role Description

One of our partner company is seeking a motivated and friendly 
Customer Service Representative

to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle complaints and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain customer records and update systems.
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks as needed.

Basic Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, data entry).
  • Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not essential.
