Are you a self-starter with a passion for natural health and wellness? Do you thrive on autonomy, love building relationships, and get excited about closing sales? If so, we'd love to meet you.

We're seeking a dynamic individual who embodies the spirit of an entrepreneur. With an established customer base and potential to connect with new customers, you will be responsible for a territory extending southwest from Sydney: Fairfield Heights, Lithgow, Bathurst, Dubbo, Camsie, Wollongong, Orange, Bowral, Wagga Wagga, and a regional trip to Canberra as part of the call cycle. Along with a competitive salary, you will receive a car allowance and have the ability to earn quarterly bonuses (eligible immediately).

What You'll Do:

  • Own and grow your territory with confidence and independence
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and connect with new ones
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with enthusiasm and integrity
  • Drive market share growth
  • Grow distribution and improve in-store visibility
  • Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers within your territory with a focus on category sustainability & profitability
  • Execute trade promotions in line with State and National targets/priorities

What You Bring:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to opportunity
  • A natural ability to connect with people and build trust
  • Strong understanding of buying cycles and ability to close deals confidently
  • Proven sales experience and a drive to succeed (ideally 1-2 years in FMCG/OTC)
  • Passion for natural health and wellness
  • Willingness to travel and manage your schedule independently

This role reports to the National Sales Team Leader and joins a team of Territory Managers across the country.
