As we continue to expand, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly.
Position Overview:
The Office Manager will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring everything from scheduling to communication and office organization runs efficiently. This role requires a proactive and organized professional who can handle a variety of administrative responsibilities with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Support management with various administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic accounting or QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
