Delivery Manager opportunity at a leading General Insurance Software vendor in Sydney CBD.

Due to increasing client base and demand, this company is expanding and needs to build its Delivery Manager team.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery Management: End-to-end delivery of platform implementations, including hands-on management and delegation to team members, along with contributing to delivery practices.
  • Client Facing: Responsible for delivery success, ownership of project outcomes, and client relationships.
  • Leadership: Manage project teams to meet goals and milestones, including wellbeing, mentoring, and performance monitoring.

Essential Experience
  • 5+ years in software implementation project management
  • Experience with client-facing software vendors, consulting, or system integrators
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Desirable Experience
  • General Insurance knowledge
  • Relevant certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master
