About The Role

  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the in-house engineering team to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders to secure commercial outcomes, including variations and claims.
  • Drive a solutions-focused approach in complex environments and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • A Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven experience delivering multi-discipline plant or processing facility projects in a construction capacity.
  • Strong scheduling, stakeholder management, and construction delivery skills.
  • Track record of achieving positive commercial and contractual outcomes, including variations and claims.
  • Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced project environments; ambition and energy to contribute to a growing, future-focused business.
Benefits
  • Attractive salary: $200k-$220k + super + bonus.
  • Secured project pipeline in a growing market sector.
  • Small, high-performing team with strong collaboration and support.
  • Opportunities for growth as the business expands.
  • Role that contributes to sustainable infrastructure development in NSW.
