Join us as a Delivery Manager - AI Solutions at The Onset

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead AI solutions within our Agile delivery teams at a leading Financial Services Company. The role involves embedding AI capabilities across 34 platforms within our Business and Consumer Bank.

The successful candidate will oversee 4 dedicated Agile teams, each comprising 4 cross-functional members including Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with these teams to prioritize backlogs, facilitate collaboration, and drive delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Environment Planning & Coordination: Define roadmaps, work with architects to design scalable test environments, and align provisioning with project timelines.
  • Agile Delivery Leadership: Lead ceremonies, manage backlog delivery, and collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships, facilitate communication across multiple engineering teams, and run "scrum of scrums".
  • Process Automation & Optimization: Champion automation initiatives, reduce environment downtime, and promote self-service provisioning.
  • Issue & Risk Management: Proactively address environment-related risks and resolve incidents impacting test cycles.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive environment documentation and share best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather user feedback and measure success through relevant metrics.

Essential Experience
  • 5+ years in end-to-end software implementation project management
  • Proven experience managing AI projects involving cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, AI SDLC, and MLOps
  • Engineering background with solid SDLC knowledge
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and make decisive actions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and risk management skills
Desirable
  • Technical delivery experience in Banking and Financial Services
