We're a not-for-profit aged care provider with a proud 30-year history of supporting older people to live independently in their homes. Based in Indooroopilly, we offer a warm, team-oriented workplace where people come first.

About The Role

We're looking for a friendly and capable Marketing and Administration Assistant to join our team. This newly created role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of writing, design, social media, and general admin support.

This is a permanent, part-time role (15 hours per week) with flexibility on days and hours to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns (digital and print)
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Assist with gathering competitor insights, industry trends and customer feedback
  • Assist in organising marketing events, trade shows, sponsorships or promotional activities
  • Draft and schedule social media posts, e-newsletters and website updates
  • Assist with copywriting for promotional materials, emails, and internal communications
  • Maintain and update company websites and social platforms
  • Use basic tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or CMS systems to support digital content
  • General administrative support

What You'll Need
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or working towards one)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and basic digital design tools (e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Canva, Adobe, social media)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Professional, friendly and a great team player
  • Ability to manage competing tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
