Overview

Insurance Broker role at Aon. Melbourne CBD-based with flexible hybrid working.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of quotes, proposals and policy documentation in line with internal processes.
  • Partner Stewardship Report preparation and data collection.
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders where required.
  • Assist and action client queries, renewals, policy changes and coverage advice.
  • Provide a high standard of service and professional advice throughout the sales, client onboarding process and the full policy lifecycle.
  • Keep up to date with industry, product and legislative developments.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Tier 1 accreditation
  • Demonstrate basic technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products - including financial lines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
