Insurance Broker role at Aon. Melbourne CBD-based with flexible hybrid working.
Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation of quotes, proposals and policy documentation in line with internal processes.
- Partner Stewardship Report preparation and data collection.
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders where required.
- Assist and action client queries, renewals, policy changes and coverage advice.
- Provide a high standard of service and professional advice throughout the sales, client onboarding process and the full policy lifecycle.
- Keep up to date with industry, product and legislative developments.
- Tier 1 accreditation
- Demonstrate basic technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products - including financial lines.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
