Nine – Digital Sales Executive

As a Digital Sales Executive for Nine, you will be responsible for delivering market leading solutions whilst ensuring superior service and results for your designated agency and client group. You will work within a fast-paced, high-performing and energetic sales team who push boundaries and lead the digital media industry


Day to day you will:

  • Effectively managing a pipeline of briefs and proactive ideas to meet and exceed revenue targets, whilst accurately forecasting revenue to the business
  • Communicate product value in order to educate clients and deliver on product sales
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of online video and display, native content, performance media and programmatic buying
  • Work with several departments and stakeholders to deliver leading solutions for your partners
  • Deliver solutions to your clients that are strategically and creatively led showcasing your deep knowledge of your client's business
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth from lapsed or new clients

What you'll bring:

  • Proven media experience, preferably within Sales or Digital (essential).


Cartology Sales Executive (Melbourne CBD)

What you\'ll do

  • In the Sales Executive role, you will support the Agency Sales team to achieve and exceed their revenue targets by providing administrative support, including assistance in preparing for internal stakeholder meetings, client meetings and/or presentations, and other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Support the delivery of revenue streams from a portfolio of both existing and new clients - e.g. building high-end proposals and other sales documents.
    • Assist in the management and regular reporting of sales funnels.
    • Campaign assistance, inclusive of scheduling, post-campaign reporting, among other related tasks.
    • Developing detailed knowledge of all inventory and products, along with checking competitive inventory where required.
    • Sourcing, collating and typing correspondence and requests for the Sales team; keeping proof of posting requests and delivery; and general administrative duties on demand.



What you\'ll bring

  • To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, making sure information is correctly stored and recorded appropriately on internal platforms and systems.
  • Being an excellent communicator (verbal and written), with an open, honest and respectful communication style with internal and external stakeholders alike.
  • Advanced level of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • An understanding of the retail media environment is highly desirable.

Nine – Audio Sales Executive

Nine is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Audio team. The Sales Executive serves as the primary day-to-day contact for media planners/buyers, ultimately responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our advertising agencies and clients and driving revenue for Nine. We\u2019re looking for someone who is passionate about Audio.


Day-to-day duties include:

  • Creating targeted advertising schedules across all audio channels, based on briefs received from advertising agencies.
  • Grow market share & revenue across your client base.
  • Understand the market trading conditions and negotiate trading discounts in conjunction with the Group Business Manager.
  • Facilitate the sale of program sponsorships, sports sponsorships and spot packages.
  • Day-to-day contact with key agency contacts.
  • Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns.
  • Problem solving within the context of the job.

Nine – Nine Plus Direct Publishing Sales Executive (Melbourne)

Nine is looking for a Sales Executive to join our Nine Plus Direct Publishing sales team in Melbourne. This role is responsible for growing revenues, and creating superior client-focused solutions, across both print and digital assets for the Nine Plus Direct Client portfolio.


Day to day you will:

  • Achieve revenue targets and develop strategic sales plans for your client portfolio.
  • Cultivate and grow existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Manage multiple advertising campaigns from brief to execution, ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers across your Direct client base.
  • Increase industry knowledge via media, data, and experience sources; attend relevant industry events where possible.
  • Develop an extensive external industry network.
  • Ensure client & category insights are shared with team.
  • Deploy effective methodologies for deepening or broadening relationships with clients.
  • Deliver open, honest communication.
  • Ensure you comply with core Nine Publishing values.
  • Determine appropriate Nine Publishing assets to be deployed to effectively meet customer goals.
  • Identify suitable up-sell products to present to specific customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven Direct sales experience in media or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Agency experience.
  • Proven success achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong sales skills with a solution-based approach.
  • Proven commitment to driving exceptional quality of work and customer experience.
  • Proven history of working collaboratively with peers and management to drive collaborative solutions.
  • Strong digital advertising knowledge; interest and knowledge of media sales and demonstrate existing agency and client contact.
  • Demonstrable ability to marshal internal resources when necessary to deliver seamless strategic customer solutions.
