The Firm

Our client is a flourishing commercial law firm known for its strong client relationships and supportive culture. The Role

Due to growth, our client is seeking to appoint a senior property lawyer at the Senior Associate, Special Counsel or even Principal level. Advantageous would be a small fee base but this is not necessary.

A flavour of the work will include:

  • commercial and residential sales and acquisitions
  • retail, commercial and industrial leasing
  • off the plan sales
  • development projects
  • property due diligences
  • call and put options
  • advising on strata and community titles
  • general commercial and property advice

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a minimum of 4 year pae experience in the area of property law, gained from a reputable law firm
  • strong technical skills but as well as commercial nous
  • first class communication skills
  • ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • enjoys mentoring junior lawyers
  • ability to play a pivotal role in the further growth of the property team
  • energy, drive and enthusiasm
