The Firm
This national law firm is in growth mode and seeks an experienced employment lawyer (Senior Associate, Senior Lawyer, Special Counsel) to serve their blue-chip employer client base.

The firm represents clients across various industries, including property, financial services, fashion, FMG, retail, manufacturing, media, entertainment, IT, and resources. Client sizes range from ASX-listed companies to SMEs, high-profile individuals, government entities, and international clients.

The Role
This is a hands-on role with high levels of autonomy, client responsibility, and the freedom to run your practice your way. Responsibilities include managing and advising clients, appearing before the Commission, Court, briefing counsel, conducting seminars, preparing employment contracts, and advising on adverse actions, dismissals, discrimination, bullying, and awards. IR and safety work may also be involved.

This role is ideal for an experienced and ambitious employment lawyer seeking to advance their career with more practice freedom.

About You

  • You will have at least 5 years of employment law experience
