You will only be put forward for roles with your explicit consent.The FirmThis national law firm is in growth mode and seeks an experienced employment lawyer (Senior Associate, Senior Lawyer, Special Counsel) to serve their blue-chip employer client base.The firm represents clients across various industries, including property, financial services, fashion, FMG, retail, manufacturing, media, entertainment, IT, and resources.
Client sizes range from ASX-listed companies to SMEs, high-profile individuals, government entities, and international clients.The RoleThis is a hands-on role with high levels of autonomy, client responsibility, and the freedom to run your practice your way.
Responsibilities include managing and advising clients, appearing before the Commission, Court, briefing counsel, conducting seminars, preparing employment contracts, and advising on adverse actions, dismissals, discrimination, bullying, and awards.
