As a Disability Support Worker, you will help people with disabilities through programs funded by the NDIS. These programs include group activities, one-on-one support, short stays, and supported living homes.
Your lived experience will enable you to support each person in a way that suits their needs and goals. You'll help individuals stay independent, make choices, and keep their relationships strong. You'll follow their personal support plans while working, and may also talk with their families, carers, and other services they use.
The aim is to help each person live the life they choose, in a safe and respectful way.

- Current First Aid Level 2 (including CPR) Certificate (essential).
- NDIS Screening check (essential).
- Certificate III or higher in Disability, other relevant qualification, or studying in a relevant field (desirable).
- Previous work or lived experience in the disability or community services field.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours and shifts.
