St John Ambulance Victoria are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Agent who will be the first point of contact for our customers, clients and students. The Customer Experience Agents report into the Customer Experience Manager, fielding queries regarding inbound sales, first aid training bookings, certificates for students, among the many varied calls you will take each day. Your main goal will be to maximise conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction as part of a vibrant team working together. This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.
Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for customers, clients and students
- Handle queries regarding inbound sales, training bookings, certificates for students and other inquiries
- Assist in maximizing conversion rates and enhancing customer satisfaction as part of a team
- Experience in a call centre or phone-based sales environment with both inbound and outbound calls
- Strong customer service and engagement skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly phone manner
- Experience achieving team KPIs and sales targets
- Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce
- Ability to work as part of a team with a customer focus
