Locations: Sydney – Court locations in the Sydney Greater Metro and Metro Regions. Employment type: Ongoing and Temporary - Full Time and Part Time. Salary: $99,938 - $110,271 plus Employer's Contribution to Superannuation and Leave Loading.

Your role: Depending on the location, the role may be a Registrar, Deputy Registrar or Office Manager in a court registry. You will supervise a team, implement training and motivate staff in a busy, changing and complex work environment. The Registrar and Deputy Registrar roles undertake some quasi-judicial functions in accordance with legislation. The role promotes a working environment that values ethical behaviour and good performance to achieve quality service delivery outcomes and organizational objectives.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise staff and allocate resources to ensure registry standards are met and quality services are delivered to clients.
  • Implement procedures and training to ensure staff are adequately skilled and informed of procedural and legislative changes to ensure best practice and standards in the delivery of quality services to clients.
  • Provide advice and report to senior management on the registry's operations and contribute to the development of procedural changes that enhance client service and/or improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that aim to improve work practices.
  • Adapt to work in different jurisdictions.

  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environments.
  • Experience in implementing and delivering staff training programs to ensure alignment with evolving procedures and legislative requirements, enabling the delivery of accurate and high-quality client service.
  • Ability to contribute to projects that aim to improve client service and/or improve efficiency whilst managing the day-to-day operations of the registry.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent the organisation with integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct always.
