About the role

The ICT Change and Communication Analyst develops and manages the implementation of NSW Trustee and Guardian change and communication strategies related to projects, programs, and operational changes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and delivering multifaceted change and communication activities to support NSWTG's priorities and communicate critical messages regarding initiatives and service delivery.
  • Assisting in implementing change and communication aspects of projects, including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, training, support, and business readiness to embed the required business change.
  • Consulting and liaising with key stakeholders, business sponsors, and project partners to ensure their needs are incorporated into change, communication, and engagement strategies and plans.
  • Analyzing and reviewing change and communication tactics and strategies to evaluate outcomes and inform future planning and activities.
  • Updating and creating information for the agency's Intranet pages to keep stakeholders informed about ongoing and upcoming initiatives, operations, and services.
  • Monitoring trends and issues to identify target audiences and advising on strategies to promote best practices in change and communication development.
  • Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, inclusion, ethical practices, privacy, and relevant legislation in all change and communication activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in change and communication aspects of projects, including stakeholder and impact assessments, engagement, communication, training, support, and business readiness.
  • Ability to build relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate confidently with a diverse range of customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • A positive "can-do" attitude and enjoyment in delivering large, complex objectives in a changing environment.
