**ICT Change Manager - NSW Government**

An ICT Change Manager is required by a NSW Government department based in the Sydney CBD + WFH (hybrid) on an initial 6-month contract with likely ongoing extensions.
- **Location: Sydney CBD + WFH (hybrid)**:

- **Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week**:

- **Pay Rate: Up to $100 per hour + Super**:

- **Contract Length: 6 months with likely ongoing extensions**

**Primary Purpose of the Role**:
As the ICT Change Manager, you will be responsible for creating the business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT deployment, data migration, capability deployment & any business activities required to integrate new digital processes into the business-as-usual environment.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead change management activities & support communication efforts
- Support training efforts including providing input, document requirements & support the design & delivery of training programs
- Uncover readiness gaps & create/implement action plans to close identified gaps
- Monitor & report progress on business readiness targets & business engagement activity
- Assist the user community in the provision of transition support & change planning

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary-level qualifications & demonstrated experience in Change Management, particularly within ICT environments
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement & communication skills
- Demonstrated experience managing competing deadlines & several large projects simultaneously
- Previous experience supporting training efforts in a Change Management environment
