Lutheran Services is a not-for-profit organisation that has been serving the people and communities of Queensland since 1935. We provide quality, contemporary care and support at more than 20 locations throughout Queensland. Lutheran Services is seeking an experienced ICT Test Analyst.

Based at our Support Centre at Milton the **ICT Test Analyst **will have the opportunity to work on a variety of IT projects, including an ERP Program of Work that is currently underway, whilst also playing a pivotal part in developing a robust test framework as well as assisting with the establishment of a DevOps framework. The ICT Test Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our ICT systems. Your primary focus will be conducting thorough testing processes to identify and rectify any issues that may impact the end user experience. Through collaborating closely with the Project Team, ICT Team and external vendors, you will help to maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability in our systems.

As a key contributor to release planning and deployment activities, you will play a vital role in reporting and tracking defects, ensuring their timely resolution through effective communication with the development team. Your meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality will contribute to the successful and punctual delivery of our systems, meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations.

In addition to technical expertise, the role of ICT Test Analyst requires exceptional stakeholder management skills. It is essential that you can communicate effectively and clearly, translating technical concepts into language that non-technical stakeholders can understand. Your ability to listen actively and understand the needs of end-users and other stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring successful collaboration and alignment throughout the testing and implementation process.

Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise, you will actively seek opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to continuously enhance our testing processes and methodologies. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining our systems' exceptional standards of quality.
