Role Profile

As a Chef in our culinary team, you will develop and produce meals for first, business, and economy class passengers.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes
  • Participating in food presentations for airline customers
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
  • Promoting good health and safety practices
  • Working as part of a team in a customer-focused environment
  • Undertaking manual handling, bending, and reaching as part of duties
What You'll Have
  • City & Guilds 706/1 or 2, or NVQ Level 1 or 2
  • Previous catering experience as a Chef
  • Full knife skills training
  • Familiarity with authentic, conventional, and contemporary ingredients, and experience preparing various cuisines
  • Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends, with manual handling involved
