Selection Criteria

• Willing to obtain a Certificate III in Horticulture or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with commitment to resident focused service.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a wide variety of tasks.
• Demonstrated competency in high level gardening skills in relation to all types of maintenance/ gardening including minor repairs and use of tools and equipment.
• Reliable transport with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
