• Undertake credit assessment and decisioning in support of Judo's business lending
• Provide credit risk coaching and upskilling of Director Relationships and Analysts
• Maintain a deep interest in the broader economic environment and how these factors impact businesses
• Contribute to the ongoing refinement and enhancement of Judo's proposition – including policies, processes, and systems

A little bit about you…

• Minimum 5 years' experience in credit decisioning of business lending transactions in Regional Commercial
• Previous work experience in a regional location will be highly regarded
• Previous experience in a relationship role (i.e., Analyst, Relationship Manager /Director)
• An ability to think independently about the finance needs of businesses and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Strong credit writing skills
