You've built your recruitment foundation, maybe in an agency, maybe internal - now you're ready for something with more purpose, pace, and impact.

At ANZUK Education, our Early Childhood temp team is one of the busiest in the business. You'll take over a warm, loyal client base spanning the city to Doncaster, where centers rely on us daily to keep Day Care and Kinder settings running with quality educators.

This isn't transactional recruitment. It's human-centered, fast-moving, and driven by genuine relationships. You'll grow your desk through brilliant client experiences, backed by a team culture that values integrity, collaboration, and long-term partnerships.

What you'll be doing
  • Running a high-activity temp desk in the Early Childhood sector
  • Building trusted client relationships—mixing growth and care
  • Matching great educators to the right centres, fast
  • Managing talent pipelines, job ads, and day-to-day bookings
  • Collaborating with your team to hit shared goals and celebrate wins
Who we're looking for
  • You've got recruitment experience (internal or agency) and know what good looks like
  • You're confident with clients and care about quality, not just filling shifts
  • You've got a commercial mindset and a strong sense of purpose
  • You're ready to work hard, learn fast, and be part of something that matters
You'll also need
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • A driver's licence (for in-market visits)
  • Willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC
Compensation

Base pay range: A$73,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yr
