  About The Role
  
  The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) role consists of clinical aptitude, dynamic planning and supportive leadership to enable the nursing team to provide a high level of quality service and care to our patients.
  
  About You
  
  To be successful in this role you be a positive and effective leader with the ability to motivate others. You will also bring extensive Orthopaedic theatre experience along with exceptional communication interpersonal skills. You will be able to manage competing priorities work and work well in a busy theatre complex.
  
  You will also bring;
  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum three (3) years' clinical experience
  • Experience in navigated spinal surgery desired
  • Flexibility to be available weekends, weekdays and evenings
  • Clinical leadership experience or post graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded.
    
    
  The flexibility to work 7-day rotating shifts including weekends will also be key for this role.
  
  Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate $55.92 - $ 57.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager yr1-yr2)

  Requirements
  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
