OverviewWe are currently seeking a Rostering and Scheduling Officer to join our Juniper Home and Community Care team in our Bentley office.
Responsibilities- Ensure the continuous and efficient allocation of client services.
- Complete scheduling activities while meeting deadlines and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely database updates.
- Respond to enquiries and provide clear information regarding services.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced rostering office (highly regarded).
- Relevant qualifications in Business or Aged Care (desirable).
- Experience in the Aged Care sector (desirable).
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of office processes and data management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Competitive hourly rate of $37.84 + 11.5% superannuation.
