Step into a dynamic leadership role as Senior Scrum Master (SSM) and drive the delivery of cutting-edge digital products and services for Integrated Gas (IG). Leading multiple digital squads, you'll guide teams with expert advice, unlocking their potential through agile practices to deliver high-impact solutions that meet business needs and enhance performance. Your leadership will elevate team engagement, productivity, and morale while championing a culture of continuous improvement.

As a key driver of agile excellence, you'll empower teams to self-organise, remove roadblocks, and deliver results that align with Lean-Agile principles. Working closely with Senior Solution Owners, you'll ensure business priorities are met, and you'll be at the forefront of creating an agile environment that delivers value fast.

• Agile Leadership: Be the Lean-Agile champion, inspiring your teams to embrace Agile values and deliver excellence.
• Drive Team Success: Help your squads hit goals, boost performance, and deliver results with speed and efficiency.
• Foster Continuous Improvement: Push for growth, guide retrospectives, and empower your teams to take ownership.
• Support Product/Solution Owners: Support key priorities, facilitate team dynamics, and ensure nothing gets left behind.
• Promote Quality: Ensure deliverables consistently meet high standards, driving technical discipline and quality practices.
• Build High-Performing Teams: Create a supportive, energised team environment that thrives on collaboration and success.

With demonstrated experience as a Senior Scrum Master or agile leader, together with digital product delivery, you'll bring proven expertise in Agile coaching and driving impactful results.

• You'll also be proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools with Oil and gas industry experience.
• Minimum 6+ years demonstrated experience as a Senior Scrum Master or equivalent agile role, ideally with experience working in a scaled agile environment/managing multiple squads.
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, or similar certifications.
• Strong understanding of Product Management, including strategy and human-centered design (ideally product management/ownership experience).
• Experience with performance development, team coaching, or leading high-performance teams.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
