Minimum Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work
  • Current Ohio LSW

Experience & Training:

  • Six (6) months experience related to the position

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and support team goals
  • Support the vision of patient care at Summa
  • Proactive, innovative, and able to work under changing conditions
  • Excellent communication skills and confidentiality
  • Ability to react calmly in emergencies and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of case management and population-specific competencies

Physical Demands: Sedentary work exerting up to ten pounds of force occasionally.
