
Senior Community Case Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Community Case Management team. The successful candidate will have experience in clinical, administrative, and supervisory roles.
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and operating the Core Case Management and Scattered Site teams. You will work closely with program coordinators to ensure goals and objectives are met within established timeframes.
This is an exempt, non-union role with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications- A Master's degree in social work or a related field with at least five years of experience in mental health, chemical dependency, and/or social services, including one year of supervisory experience.
- Licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required; Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is highly preferred.
