Catering HQ is seeking a talented and committed marketing professional to join our growing team. This role will develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and content strategies that grow brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business results.

Catering HQ is a family-run company established in 1996 with 13 venues across Sydney. We pride ourselves on striving for excellence and having an experienced, dedicated team who love their work and environment.

KEY DUTIES

Content Creation and Social Media Management

  • Create engaging posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics consistent with brand identity.
  • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build an active online presence.
  • Optimize strategies based on audience behaviour, platform trends, and algorithm changes.
  • Write copy for digital and print marketing materials, ensuring tone and messaging align with brand voice.

Analytics and Brand Performance

  • Enhance website visibility in search engines through SEO optimization.
  • Measure campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Report on performance and identify content trends.
  • Share insights with the marketing team to guide creative decisions.

KEY QUALITIES

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and social media management.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, CMS, and CRM.
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field highly regarded, or relevant industry experience equivalent to qualifications.
  • 1-3 years proven experience in a marketing and communications role.
