    We're seeking a Management Accountant to support commercial decision-making and finance functions across the business. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll help drive financial performance, margin improvement, and strategic planning through accurate reporting and insightful analysis.

    Responsibilities:
    • Partnering with business units to deliver meaningful insights and financial reporting
    • Coordinating and updating pricing and costing for manufactured products
    • Providing leadership on best practice costing systems, tools, and processes
    • Supporting product costing, budgeting, and inventory valuation activities
    • Assisting with factory accounts, gross margin reporting, and cost of sales analysis
    • Delivering financial input for projects, capital spend, and process changes
    • Contributing to continuous improvement of our systems and data integrity
    About you:

    First and foremost, you're a problem-solver. You're a CA/CPA qualified finance professional who loves to dig into the data, understand the 'why', and partner with the business to drive results.
    • A CA or CPA qualification and 5+ years of relevant experience.
    • A proven track record in a complex, multinational business.
    • Expertise in management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Advanced Excel skills are a must, along with strong PowerPoint ability.
    • Hands-on experience with an ERP like SAP highly advantageous
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • A curious, self-motivated mindset with outstanding time management.
