This is a temporary leave relief position until 10 May 2026 with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities
  • As a Clinical Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our healthcare team by managing diverse administrative tasks and ensuring seamless coordination across the department. Your responsibilities will encompass brief and report writing, clerical duties, data entry and reporting, workforce support, meeting coordination, and general administration.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.

Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven's major referral and teaching hospital with a bed-base count of more than 500. The campus includes the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre and provides inpatient, outpatient and community-based services. Wollongong is located about an hour's drive south of Sydney on a coastal strip bordered by the Royal National Park to the north, Lake Illawarra to the south, the Tasman Sea to the east and the Illawarra Escarpment to the west.
