Base pay range: A$90,000.00/yr – A$120,000.00/yr.

Join the team as an Automotive Sales Associate to wow customers during test drives and car deliveries. You will work with an energetic, customer-focused team and receive training to succeed. A valid driver's license and a background check are required. This role can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Cars24, making a lasting impression when customers arrive for their test drives
  • Build trust with customers through reliability, timeliness, and problem-solving skills
  • Work closely with the customer operations team to ensure cars are ready for inspection, delivered correctly, and meet high standards
  • Ensure all paperwork is smoothly handled during car handover
  • Be open to learning how to assess cars for delivery or pick-up; training will be provided
  • Play an active role in shaping the future of customer-facing processes as we build the business from the ground up
  • Drive customer satisfaction by meeting performance goals and delivering exceptional service
  • Lead engaging test drives, listen to customers' needs, ask the right questions, and help close the sale

  • Sales Experience: prior face-to-face sales experience; industry-specific training will be provided
  • Flexibility: able to work weekends on a rotating roster and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-Savvy: experience with Google Docs,Hubspot, and CRM tools is a bonus
