We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team part-time. The day-to-day :

  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
  • Attend to Café orders

Our perfect fit :

Someone with high-level customer service and data entry experience, excellent presentation, and clear communication skills. Ability to stay updated with current class schedules across Gymnastics and Aquatic programs, and provide information on our products and services to members.

Part-time availability on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4 pm to 9 pm, and Saturday from 1 pm to 5 pm (20 hours / week), with hours subject to change due to events and business needs.

What you will need to be considered :

Exceptional customer service skills face-to-face, over the phone, and via emailKnowledge of the sport and recreational industry is advantageousExperience working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task accuratelyReception / administration experience essentialFood handling and café experience (desirable)Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office SuiteQuick learner about our precinct and classesFull Australian work rightsNSW Working with Children CheckFirst Aid certification
