About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager with expertise in stormwater, sewer, and utilities asset solutions to join our collaborative and supportive team, with the option to work from either our Truganina or Dandenong office in the Melbourne metropolitan area.

You will have a true business development focus, proven track record of organic growth and be someone who can build their own success.

This is your opportunity to take your existing business development skills and develop your career within the waste management and recycling industry, the opportunity is yours to take and make your own

Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, your key responsibilities will include:

• Key focus and commitment to build the business
• Proactively maintain CRM with opportunities and status of the opportunity
• Actively prepare weekly sales cycle visits.
• Strategize and assist with tender responses
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations
• Consistently Interact professionally with the clients and staff and maintain effective working relationships

About You

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in business or an equivalent discipline are highly desirable
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales. Sewer, Stormwater or Construction industry experience is highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in a business environment that requires the use of analytical and problem-solving techniques
• Excellent communication skills to work within the team and external stakeholders
• Highly developed skills in project management.
• A current General Induction for Construction Work Certificate (White Card)
